FREE DELIVERY on all orders over 75$.
All retail orders are despatched within 3-5 business days and are sent by Economy Standard - China EMS Post (2-4 weeks after despatch). The tracking numbers will update after sending.
Alternative order options:
Please attention that some items are available for order in Amazon and Etsy. By placing an order on Amazon, which is in stock in America, you will receive within 3-7 working days. Delivery from the Amazon is available only in the United States. Orders with Etsy will be sent by the International Delivery with a delivery period of 2-4 weeks.
We are unable to offer free returns. However, if your product arrives faulty or broken then we will reimburse your postage costs (maximum of 7$) once we've received your parcel. We will require proof of postage.
We do accept returns/refunds for:
Items that have arrived damaged. Faulty electrical devices. If you return an item outside of it's original packaging then we won't be able to offer a refund. If you would like to return something to us then please write to us to email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, describe the problem and proof photos. If in the unlikely event your order is missing any items then please send photos of the products you received, the invoice and the packaging.
We do not accept returns/refunds for:
Custom charms, wax melts and candles that have been used or partially used.
Wax melts that you don't like the scent of.
If you think that your parcel has been lost:
If 20 days have elapsed since your order was despatched and your order hasn't arrived, and your tracking number hasn't updated with any relevant information then we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
